Wine Bistrot · HANOI Good 😋
🗓 Visited in January 2026
Hanoi has recently seen an explosion of new wine bars. Many of them let you drink on the street with just a few snacks, and have been nicknamed “Vin Hơi”, a direct reference to the traditional Bia Hơi culture. Samé is more in the upscale bistrot category than your typical Vin Hơi spot. The wine list is solid, and the food menu is even better. The kitchen is led by Chef Hiếu, founder of Déglacer in Long Biên. He has a strong French culinary background and brings Mediterranean food to a bistrot setting here.

- The grilled octopus served with ajo blanco, a white gazpacho I had never tried before.
- The Galician presa, a Spanish pork shoulder cut.
A great upscale wine bistrot experience with excellent food.
