FOUNDERS
We are Quynh Huong and Loïc, a French-Vietnamese couple both in our 30s, passionate about food and more importantly all the culture related to it.
Being fortunate enough to be able to travel regularly we decided to share what we are learning on the road.
OUR VALUES
- We are independent. We are not a company owned by a F&B group. If we are invited to test a place – we will mention it.
- We believe that taking time is important: You cannot rush a meal – – If you travel only to check in at famous locations you will miss everything.
- We believe that food is also a culture. You cannot truly understand food if you do not place it in the context of the people who make it and their history.
- We believe that the more you know about something the more you’ll be able to enjoy it. It’s true for the places you visit, the wine you drink, and of course the dishes you eat.
